SIMEX VIRTUAL VOYAGES™ THEATRE ***

Ride the adventure to the outpost city located on Mars where the power plant has been destroyed by meteor storms. Unless the Prometheous Generator can be brought on-line immediately, the colony will be lost forever! Join the rescue mission and feel the excitement! The SimEx Virtual Voyages™ theatre, located within the newly updated "Canada in Space" exhibit, features an inter-planetary trip to Mars. Experience Mars®, produced using state-of-the-art Silicon Graphics. Tickets are available at the Museum admission desk at a cost of $5 per ride, in addition to the general admission.

"Sound Connexions"

The latest in a series of on-line education resources for teachers to use with their students.

In the Museum's school program "Sound Connexions" your students will learn through hands-on activities some of the basic principles of sound and how they are applied to technology.

 

 


 

The Canadian Science and Engineering Hall of Fame is located at the National Museum of Science and Technology. The Hall of Fame commemorates the scientific, medical and engineering careers of distinguished Canadians.
