Two exhibits, located in the loft of the Dairy Barn (Bldg. 88), can be seen from March to October.

Bread: The Inside Story

The exhibition on bread helps visitors to appreciate the diversity of grains that are grown by Canadian farmers as well as the work required to transform those grains into flour and bread.

Tractors

Tractors is a new and exciting look at the "farmer's" office in the field". This exhibition shows how the tractor has evolved from an unfamiliar oddity on Canadian farms to a commonplace tool in less than 100 years.
