Programs for the Primary Division focus on capturing students’ imagination, while meeting requirements of The Ontario Curriculum. The Big Blue Balloon Adventure

In The Big Blue Balloon Adventure, kindergarten students practice numeracy and data-management skills while on a tour of our aircraft, and work with 3-D shapes to build their own flying machines!

Junior and Senior Kindergarten

Where Do Airplanes Come From?

Where Do Airplanes Come From? is a program taking students on our Aircraft Inventor’s tour of early aircraft to learn about the properties of various materials used in aircraft design. They will also put their problem-solving skills to the test in our Inventor’s Workshop!

Grade 1

Amazing Air!

We’ve revised Amazing Air! to include new hands-on experiments designed to help students understand the characteristics of air. Students will build kites and test the effects of wind on flying objects.

Grade 2

City Plane… Country Plane

In our program, City Plane… Country Plane, students will practice their mapping skills and experience what it was like to be a bush pilot exploring Canada’s isolated northern communities during the 1920s and 1930s.
